Cal Enviro is UC Berkeley’s only environmental engineering competition team! We are a team of 40+ students interested in water treatment and water quality. We practice hands-on water and wastewater engineering practices together. Each year, we design and build a water filtration system using household materials in preparation for our competition, learn about water treatment, and meet and work with an extraordinary group of individuals! Our members are also interested in different aspects of environmental engineering, environmental justice, and giving back to our community. Additionally, we aim to prepare students to be socially conscious and socially responsible engineering practitioners. Our meetings are usually held on Mondays from 6-7:30PM at O’brien 212.
